Elizabeth Hurley provides photographic evidence on a nearly daily basis that age is just a number. Officially, the actress, model, and swimwear designer is 54 years old today, (happy birthday, Elizabeth!) but her frequent bikini photos beg to differ.
This weekend, Elizabeth shared a new bikini-clad photo of herself on Instagram. In the photo she’s wearing a crystal-encrusted white string bikini from her collection, Elizabeth Hurley Beach. She poses in front of a lush green backdrop with a bird sculpture.
The sparkly white bikini is eye-catching, but what’s even more impressive is her incredibly toned abs (and arms and legs).
Tbh, it seems like it’s always bikini season on Elizabeth‘s Instagram feed. Lately, she averages at least one bikini photo each week. She looks incredibly fit and closer to 30 than 50 in every single one.
Elizabeth seems to really like this particular bikini. Based on her Instagram photos, she’s worn it to a wellness retreat in the Himalayas and while playing with a puppy in the sun. (What a life!) However, the latest snap of this repeat bikini shows off her toned physique with no distractions.
One commenter summed up what you’re probably thinking, “Did you get time warped or something cause my sanity depends on me finding out. You look like you’re 30, never had a child, never had to break a sweat, nothing. You are fabulous inside and the outside now matches.”
So, how does she look so spectacular at 54? Her morning routine may give you a clue. Elizabeth told Women‘s Health that she keeps her diet clean and starts her day at 7:30 a.m. with two cups of warm water and Greek yogurt with banana and honey. Sometimes she adds a splash of apple cider vinegar to her water.
To keep up her strong core, she does yoga and occasionally Pilates. Elizabeth also squeezes in sets of squats timed to her teeth-brushing routine and cardio while walking her dogs. Now, that’s smart time management.
