Her Vegas: ‘Chippendales The Show,’ Sip & Savor and more

Sights to Remember

The lights go down, the music hits a crescendo and two guys wearing all black slide across the stage. Two more follow. The lighting is still dim, but as the surroundings get brighter, it’s a bevy of men wearing identical black sleeveless hoodies. Their names are announced, and they step into the spotlight and unzip to show off chiseled six-pack abs and astounding good looks. This is Chippendales The Show, and it’s time to grab your girls and check it out.

The 75-minute, fully choreographed show at Rio promises an evening of libido-elevating thrills and bedroom desires come to life. There are plenty of different looks and personalities. Sit back before the show starts to watch videos of photo shoots with such hunks as Jon Howes, Matt Marshall, Ryan Worley, Ryan Kelsey and James Davis so you can pick out your favorite. Whatever you choose, there’s a man to provide that perfect fantasy.

Does yours involve construction workers? Chippendales has you (un)covered. Fluorescent orange sledgehammers and welding tools shooting off sparks never looked so sexy. Cowboys? They’ll wrap a lady up in a rope to Big Rich’s “Save a Horse (Ride a Cowboy).” Firemen? Fantasy realized, complete with full firefighting gear, but good luck extinguishing your excitement.

You’ll also see dance styles that vary from hip-hop to modern and more. And the music itself is always changing to reflect what’s hot on the charts. “The show is for everyone 18 to 100,” says Davis. “We make sure the girls have a good time and let out their wild spirit.”

And the show is full of surprises, continually hosting a who’s who of pop culture personalities. Past guests have included everyone from Tyson Beckford and Perez Hilton to Antonio Sabato Jr. and Dancing With the Stars’ Tony Dovolani. And in April, Jersey Shore’s Vinny Guadagnino will join the cast for an extended run.

“I have spent a lot of time in Vegas, I love it there,” says Guadagnino. “Now, to be cast as guest host of Chippendales–Wow! Let’s do this! I guess my ‘Keto Guido’ diet is working!”
