Miranda Lambert Shows Off Toned Abs And Waistline In Bikini Pic Taken With Husband At Lake Tahoe

Country singer Miranda Lambert just posted a bikini pic at Lake Tahoe with her husband, Brendan McLoughlin. In the pic, she showed off her toned abs and waistline, as well as Brendan‘s six-pack.

Miranda previously lost 20 pounds by switching up her workouts and ditching trendy diets.

Miranda Lambert and her husband, Brendan McLoughlin, have been dogged with divorce rumors practically since they secretly got married in January 2019.

But she’s here to remind everyone that they’re just fine—and looking fine in the process, TYVM.

Over the weekend, the “It All Comes Out In The Wash” singer shared some gorgeous pics of herself in a floral bikini with her arm wrapped about her hubby’s six-pack abs at Lake Tahoe on Instagram.

In the caption, she noted she had some “really cool days off!”

Yeah, she can say that again. Besides the smoking-hot couples pic—which she saved for last—Miranda also posted a breathtaking photo of the lake, followed by a pic of Miranda hanging with some women.

In both pics, she looks straight-up fantastic and so freaking happy. (Also, girl can rock a baseball cap, so, props to that.

Miranda is slaying the #HotGirlSummer lewk, but it’s totally understandable if you’re a tad distracted by Brendan‘s seriously sculpted abs. This isn’t the first time Miranda has shared a shirtless pic of her husband: She also recently posted one of Brendan doing laundry shirtless to promote her new single, “It All Comes Out In The Wash.

Of course, Miranda looks pretty amazing shirtless, too, and she works hard for her body. When it comes to working out, Miranda is huge on variety.

Her trainer Bill Crutchfield previously told Women’s Health that he always has exercise bands, an eight-pound medicine ball, a jump rope, and boxing gloves with pads for her. “I mix up the workouts every time—I think variety keeps you mentally fresh and also helps you physically respond better,” Crutchfield said.

Among Miranda‘s go-to exercises: jumping jacks, bicep curls, plank jacks, tricep kickbacks, sprinting in place, pushups, jumping rope, and lateral leg raises.

Miranda also shared with Women’s Health that she lost an impressive 20 pounds by making some big dietary tweaks.

She stopped trying trendy diets and created a love of vegetables, which she tries to eat a lot of. Oh, and she also shared this must-steal tip: She visualizes Britney Spears and her sick body while she’s working out to motivate her.

Clearly, all that hard work’s paying off—big time.
